My client is looking for a Head of Search & Analytics to manage a diverse portfolio of SEO and Pay per click Advertising campaigns. As part of a full­service agency, you will need to possess excellent client service skills and a strong understanding of how to effectively integrate natural and paid search into broader media strategies.

 

Responsibilities involve the following, but are not limited to:

 

 

  • Conceptualise, execute and manage SEO campaigns across a wide variety of
  • sectors including Telecoms, Finance, Non­profit, Third Level Education, and
  • FMCG.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams in the design of effective SEO
  • programs that meet client strategic business objectives.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of SEO solutions and technologies in order to
  • educate and inform clients of new offerings or opportunities.
  • Liaise closely with the web team on integrating SEO in new site builds
  • Oversee all PPC campaigns to ensure they deliver on targets and KPI’s
  • Oversee all analytics requirements for clients including implementation of
  • software to landing page and conversion analysis.
  • Manage the development/training of a Search Marketing Executive
  • Maintain strong internal relationships with all clients
  • Reporting and analysis on KPI’s
  • Research and project management

 

Essential Experience:

 

  • Experience optimising on­site content for maximum visibility and ranking in the
  • major search engines.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement innovative SEO strategies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
  • Experienced in the set­up and optimisation of search campaigns through
  • Analytics
  • Experience in PPC strategy, management & technologies
  • Analytical Degree/Background
  • Familiarity with HTML and other web development technologies such as CSS
  • and JavaScript
  • Google Adwords Qualified

 

Essential Competencies:

 

  • Experience in paid search, search engine optimisation and web analytics
  • Strong analytical skills needed as decisions are based on data analysis
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management and writing skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Must be able to work collaboratively across cross­functional teams
